Popis: Vsaka spolna zloraba je edinstvena zgodba zase. Številni primeri niso javno znani ravno zaradi občutljivih podatkov, ki jih takšne zgodbe zadevajo. V Črni gori so spolne zlorabe neslišne in globoko zakopane v okolje, kjer so prisotne. Every sexual abuse is unique story for itself. Many cases are not publicly known precisely because of the sensitive data that such stories related to. In Montenegro, sexual abuses are soundless and deeply buried in the environment where they are present. In the meantime, children are easily to be sexual abused and as shows, they are always more. Sexual delicts are still taboo, which are hidden and population do not pay enough attention to them. When is present a discourse about child sexual abuses, there is to feel a lack of knowledge about this theme. To frown upon this happenings, when they occur and insufficient knowledge about harmful effects of sexual abuse are just one of many indicators that ultimately discourage detection. In Bachelor's Degree, secondary sources and analyzes of the previous research on this topic are used. The first part covers the general presentation of the sexual abuses, froms, characteristics, victims and offenders, in the second part, all this is examined for Montenegro more closely, while the third part presents the problem of detection. The main findings of the work have shown that the child sexual abuses in Montenegro are relevant and regulated and can be made known to all who undermine and deny their subsistence. Characteristics are comparable with other European countries and differ only in the shade. The problem of detecting sexual abuses is accompanied by stigmatization, which is conditioned with fear before discovery and the consequences of discovery.
