Diplomsko delo obsega distribucijsko logistiko v podjetju Aluminium Kety Emmi, d. o. o., v katerem smo se osredotočili na proces FVP. Tako smo s teoretičnega vidika opisali logistične podsisteme in elemente v podjetju. Na področju sledljivosti v podjetju smo opisali standard GS1. Pri opisu in analizi obstoječega stanja smo posnetek stanja distribucije v podjetju prikazali s hodogramom procesa. Z diagramom ribje kosti smo prikazali napake pri nabavi, odpremi in v skladiščnemu prostoru. Za vsako napako smo izpostavili posledico in rešitev. Osredotočili smo se na slabo sledljivost FVP v podjetju in na napake pri odpremi blaga, ki se zgodijo pri nakladanju FVP na transportno sredstvo. Pri slabi sledljivosti smo podali predloge izboljšav, kot sta črtna koda in program za nakladanje materiala na transportno sredstvo Cargo Wiz. S črtno kodo bi povečali sledljivost FVP v podjetju, s katero bi se izognili napakam pri predaji blaga na skladišče, izgubi končnega izdelka in zmanjšali zmote pri nakladanju blaga. S programom Cargo Wiz bi skladiščniku olajšali potek dela, prav tako bi maksimalno izkoristili kapaciteto prostora na transportnem sredstvu. The paper examines distribution logistics at the company Aluminium Kety Emmi d. o. o., focusing on the FVP process. Thus, we describe the logistics subsystems and the elements in the company from a theoretical point of view. In the field of traceability in the company, we have described the GS1 standard. In the description and analysis of the existing situation, we have shown a snapshot of the distribution status of the company with a process chart. The fish-bone diagram showed errors in purchasing, shipping and storage space. For each error we exposed the consequence and the solution. We have focused on poor traceability of the FVP profile in the company and the errors of shipment of goods occurring in the loading of the FVP profile on a transport vehicle. In the case of poor traceability, improvements have been proposed, such as the bar code and the program Cargo Wiz for loading the material on a transport vehicle. Using the bar code would increase the traceability of the FVP profile in the company and, consequently, avoid the mistakes in handing goods to the warehouse, losing the finished product and reducing the errors in loading the goods. With Cargo Wiz, the warehouse worker would facilitate the workflow easier, as well as exploit the capacity of space on a transport vehicle to the maximum. |
