Popis: | V diplomskem delu smo raziskovali odzive avtomatskih zunanjih defibrilatorjev (AED) na simulirane motnje ritma srca. Opisali smo algoritme posameznih testiranih AED, na podlagi katerih se odloča o defibrilaciji. S pomočjo simulatorja SimMan smo nastavljali simulirane EKG ritme različnih oblik in frekvenc. Omejili smo se na simulacijo ritma ventrikularne tahikardije, ventrikularne fibrilacije, torsade de pointes in supraventrikularne tahikardije. V raziskavi smo testirali 4 modele AED: AED Lifepak-12, Zoll AED PRO, Lifepak 500 in Powerheart G3. Merili smo čas, ki ga AED porabijo za analizo ritma in čas za razelektritev naboja, v primeru, da ne sprožimo defibrilacije. Rezultati prikazujejo 100% prepoznavanje prekatne fibrilacije (VF), tako pri majhni napetosti (fina VF), kot pri visoko napetostnem signalu (groba VF). Čas za prepoznavo ritma je trajal med 11 in 12 sekundami. Vsi AED priporočajo defibrilacijo simulirane Torsade de pointes. Zoll AED PRO in Lifepak 500 se v primeru prepoznavanja VT odločajo enkrat v prid defibrilaciji, drugič pa jo ne priporočajo. Powerheart G3 pro pa se v vsakem primeru odloča za defibrilacijo VT. Prepoznavanje SVT omogoča le Powerheart G3, Zoll AED PRO in Lifepak 500, pa ne omogočata prepoznavanje SVT. Za profesionalno uporabo AED vidimo veliko prednost defibrilatorja Powerheart G3, ki je v 100% primerih prepoznal vse oblike SVT in VF. Diploma work is based on a research of external automatic defibrillator responses (AED) in simulated cardiac rhythm disturbances. We described the algorithms of individually tested AEDs which are the basis to determine defibrillation. We simulated ECG rhythms of various forms and frequencies with the help of the SimMan simulator. The research was focused on the simulation of ventricular tachycardia rhythm, ventricular fibrillation, torsades de pointes and supraventricular tachycardia. During the research we tested 4 AED models: AED Lifepak-12, Zoll AED PRO, Lifepak 500 and Powerheart G3. We measured the time AEDs need to analyze the rhythm and the time needed to discharge a charge in case the defibrillation is not activated. The results show a 100% recognition of ventricular fibrillation (VF) in both voltages, the low voltage (fine VF) as well as the high voltage signal (coarse VF). The time needed to identify the rythm lasted between 11 and 12 seconds. All AEDs recommend defibrillation of simulated Torsades de pointes. Zoll AED PRO and Lifepak 500 in the case of identification of VT once decided in favor of defibrillation, and secondly, it is not recommended. SVT can only identify Powerheart G3, Zoll AED Pro and Lifepak 500, does not allow identification of SVT. For professional use we see a great advantage AED defibrillator Powerheart G3, which is 100% of cases recognize all forms of SVT and VF. |
