Analitical and experimental determination of force in sheet bending process

Popis: V diplomski nalogi je najprej na splošno opisan proces upogibanja pločevine in upogibanje v matrici. Postopek upogibanja je v proizvodnih podjetjih zelo razširjen in pomemben proces pri izdelavi nekega izdelka. V diplomski nalogi smo analitično in eksperimentalno določili upogibne sile v odvisnosti od nekaterih parametrov: matrice in pestiča, kvalitete materiala in debeline pločevine. Rezultati eksperimentov so pokazali, da se pojavijo razlike pri dejanskih in analitično določenih upogibnih silah. Vpliv preiskovanih upogibnih parametrov je pri tem različen. Rezultate eksperimentov, analitičnih preračunov ter vplivnost parametrov smo predstavili v obliki grafov. At the beginning of the thesis, the process of bending sheet metal and bending in the matrix are described. The bending process is very widespread in companies and important in the production of a product. When bending sheets, a certain force to bend sheet metal is needed. In the thesis the bending forces are determined analytically and experimentally. In the thesis, we determined that analytical and experimental bending forces depending on some parameters: matrix, piston, the quality of material and thickness of sheet metal. The results of the experiments showed us, that there are differences in actual and analytically determined bending forces. The influence of the investigated bending parameters is different. The results of experiments, analytical calculations and the influence of parameters were presented in the form of graphs.
