El objetivo de este trabajo es estudiar la influencia de los feminismos en los procesos constituyentes democráticos en América del Sur. En concreto, estudiamos los derechos de las mujeres plasmados en las constituciones de Venezuela de 1999, Ecuador de 2008 y Bolivia de 2009. Se hace un análisis de los conceptos sobre dichos procesos y del papel de las mujeres en las Asambleas Constituyentes. En las conclusiones destacamos la impronta de los feminismos en la parte orgánica de dichas constituciones./ The objective of this work is the study of the influence of feminisms on the democratic constituent processes in South America. More precisely, we study the women’s rights incorporated in the constitutions of Venezuela of 1999, Ecuador of 2008 and Bolivia of 2009. We analyze the concepts of these processes and the role of women in the Constituent Assemblies. In the conclusions we highlight the imprint of feminisms on the organic part of said constitutions. |
