The LORVER project, supported by Lorraine Region (France) and European Union (FEDER), aims to create industrial chains for plant biomass production, from derelict lands and industrial by-products.[br/] In this work, phytoextraction was used as a sustainable restoration technology allowing metals recovery from constructed Technosols with industrial soil and byproducts. The effect on the microbiological and soil biochemical properties, which are known to play a key role in soil functioning and fertility, was assessed. |
