Réalisation d’une plate-forme internet de diffusion des données pédologiques : projet « Websol »

| Popis: | Le projet Websol est une interface web qui permet de faciliter la mise à disposition des connaissances sur les sols (RRP1 notamment) auprès des nombreux utilisateurs potentiels régionaux (techniciens, conseillers, administrations, etc.) et territoriaux (collectivités, contrats de rivières, etc.), ainsi que, pour partie de ces données, auprès du grand public. Cette interface est maintenant finalisée dans sa première version2 dans le cadre du projet Casdar3 2007-2010. Le développement de nouveaux modules élargira encore le champ des valorisations. Pour aider à son implantation chez les partenaires impliqués dans le programme IGCS4, et veiller à son évolution en la dotant de nouvelles fonctionnalités; la plateforme Websol est mise à disposition (droits de propriété et codes sources) du RMT « Sols et territoires »5. L’axe 5 de ce RMT se fixe pour objectif d’appuyer les déploiements de la plate-forme et deses applications dans les régions candidates, d'en proposer des évolutions possibles et enfin de clarifier son positionnement juridique par rapport à la directive INSPIRE. Websol project is a web interface that allows to promote and facilitate the provision and use of knowledge on soil (including RRP) among many potential regional users (technicians, consultants, government, etc.) and territorial ones (local contracts, rivers, etc.) and for some of this data, to everyone. This interface is now finalized in its first version as part of a Casdar project. The platform aimsthe valorisation soil data as well as applications made from these data. The development of new modules further expands the field of applications. To enable its implementation among the partners involved in the program IGCS, and to watch over its evolution allowing new developments, the Websol platform has been made available (property rights and source code) to the RMT "Soils and territories." The axis 5 of the RMT aims to support the deployment of the platform in the candidate regions, to produce materials and manuals relating to the application proposing possible changes in the platform and finally to clarify its legal position in relation to the INSPIRE directive. |
