Y no pasa nada pretende mostrar a través de una muñeca aparentemente inexpresiva, las sensaciones y pensamientos que a veces nos provocan las emociones. Entre los objetivos están ayudar a saber identificar las emociones, dar visibilidad a que todos tenemos derecho a sentirnos mal y normalizar el hecho de que está bien ¿sentir mucho¿ en una sociedad que prioriza la productividad frente al bienestar. [EN] This Final Degree Project consists of the creation of an illustrated album, integrating the knowledge and skills acquired in the Fine Arts Degree. "Y no pasa nada" aims to show through an apparently inexpressive doll, the sensations and thoughts that sometimes cause us emotions. Among the objectives are to help to know how to identify emotions, to give visibility to the fact that we all have the right to feel bad and to normalize the fact that it is okay to "feel a lot" in a society that prioritizes productivity over well-being. |
