Curs 2019/2020 The work environment is currently considered a fundamental part of people's lives and that is why taking up so much of our time can lead to the appearance of stress that has very negative effects on our well-being. With this work it is tried to study the level of stress, concretely in the labor scope that the workers have considering their surroundings and to see the consequences of the appearance to be able to prevent or to reduce it. The sector to be studied will be the primary sector, specifically in an orange production warehouse and will focus on the study of office workers, where this stimulus can be captured due to the seasonality of the sector. Once analyzed, the results will show in which areas of the work the worker feels stressed and what is influencing him, the main problems will be detected and solutions will be proposed to try to avoid the appearance of stress in the workers or to reduce it as much as possible so that the worker has an optimal level of welfare.
