本文以清流县为代表，从农村种植业、养殖业和居民生活污染三个方面分析了闽西北农村环境污染现状，认为闽西北农村污染物主要是 COD、总磷、总氮三类，并通过地表径流或地下渗透进入闽江；同时，也分析了历年来闽江水质超标情况，发现超标次数有 51%、污染物种类有 57%与闽西北农村污染有关。因此，闽西北农村环境污染对闽江水质有较大影响，一方面是污染物直接排放，有时会导致闽江局部水域水质恶化，引发污染超标；另一方面是存在潜在威胁，若污染物进一步富集，将可能在闽江出现藻类暴发等生态环境问题。在此基础上，深入分析了闽西北农村环境污染产生的原因， 并从建立农村环境保护责任机制、科学合理制定农村发展规划、推行生态立体循环种养模式、鼓励引导农民实施科学种养、加强农村环境治理基础建设、完善闽江流域生态补偿制度和深入开展农村环境保护宣传等七个方面提出政策建议。 In this paper, clean the county as the representative from the rural farming, aquaculture and living pollution analysis of three aspects of environmental pollution in rural northwestern Fujian, the main pollutants that the rural northwest of Fujian is COD, total phosphorus, total nitrogen three categories, and through infiltration of surface runoff or underground into the Minjiang River; the same time, exceeding the water quality of Minjiang River over the years and found that the number exceeded 51%, 57% of types of pollutants and pollution in rural areas northwest of Fujian.
