Transformation in management of socially sustainable organizations need new paradigm in leadership, especially such as spiritual leadership. Therefore, there is a need for research to prove that in some organizations there are possibilities for applying spiritual leadership that can promote greater organizational commitment and productivity. The presented research aims to reveal business managers’ level of expression of spirituality in relation to leadership, in order to be able to state that in Lithuania there exists spiritual leadership. The object of this research - top-level executives of Lithuania’s medium-sized enterprises. To reach the aim, a quantitative study was performed, which collected the data needed to determine the expression spirituality in leaders. A questionnaire survey was used for data collection. The study selected R.R. Rojas’ Independent Spirituality Assessment Scale (iSAS), created in 2005. This scale is designed to measure spirituality, regardless of religious or ideological beliefs. Data analysis was performed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 17. The data was processed by using statistical methods: descriptive statistics, Mann-Whitney two independent samples comparison criteria, Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient.
