Mestrado de dupla diplomação com a UTFPR - Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná Metal stamping and plastic injection are widely used in the industry due to their wide application. Giving shape and size by bending sheet metal or injecting melted plastic into molds is a very practical and economical way to create objects and remain in a highly competitive market. Monitoring the pressure and temperature in these processes is of utmost importance so that the good quality of the material produced is maintained. It is in this aspect that the On-Surf project fits. A national project to develop techniques for changing thin surfaces that promote advanced and innovative solutions in different sectors of activity. This work focuses on the monitoring and control of these industrial processes using a reconfigurable data acquisition system for thin surface sensors in a Wheatstone bridge. The signal acquisition is made with the use of a commercial amplifier ZSSC 4151. This amplifier is a complete analog data acquisition system, with the benefit of digital processing and calibration of the input signal. The output data are available in an analog way and linearized between the calibration points. Since the signal output is linear, we can infer the temperature value, or any calibrated signal, at an intermediate point in the measurement range. In addition, a graphical interface is provided by the manufacturer for configuration and calibration of the integrated. It is also proposed, based on the analog-digital converter equation, an equation to obtain the resistance of the sensor in the Wheatstone bridge. |
