| Popis: | Moderno liječenje rane podrazumijeva primjenu metoda koje su uz bolje rezultate i jeftinije. Postoji čitav niz ekonomskih izraza (cost benefit i cost efficiency) vezanih uz problematiku rane koji se mogu primijeniti i na bilo koju drugu medicinsku metodu. Ovaj članak pojašnjava osnovnu terminologiju i praktičnu primjenu ekonomskih analiza određenoga liječenja. Osim toga, procjena primjene nove medicinske tehnologije podrazumijeva: opću procjenu, potrebe bolesnika, kliničko istraživanje te socijalne, etičke i zakonske aspekte da bi tek tada bila prihvaćena kao metoda izbora u liječenju. The modem treatment of wounds includes the application of methods which ensure better results and are cheeper. There are a few economic terms (cost-benefit and cost-efficiency) linked to the problem of wounds, but which could be applied to any other medicinal method. This article explains the basic terminology and the practical application of economic analysis of a given treatment. Moreover, the assessment which new medicinal technology to apply should include: a general estimate, patient’s needs, clinical examination as well as social, ethic and legal aspects. Only after such an assessment should it be accepted as a method of choise. |
