| Popis: | Opisuje se sadržaj Pravilnika o tehničkom pregledu građevine donesen na temelju Zakona o gradnji, a primjenjuje se od 12. kolovoza 2004. Navedeni su sudionici u gradnji koji su dužni sudjelovati u tehničkom pregledu i opisane su njihove obveze. To su: investitor, projektanti, revidenti, izvođači i nadzorni inženjer. Prikazani su uvjeti za dobivanje uporabne dozvole koja može biti za cijelu građevinu ili za dio građevine, a postoji mogućnost i davanje privremene uporabne dozvole. The content of the Byelaw on the final inspection of built facilities, adopted in accordance with the Construction Law, and applied as of August 12, 2004, is described. Participants in construction that are required to take part in the final inspection are listed and their respective obligations are described. They are: client, designers, reviewers, contractors and supervising engineer. Conditions to be met for the delivery of the operating permit are described. Thus the permit can be issued for the entire facility or for a portion of the facility, and a provisional operating permit can also be issued. |
