Popis: | Uvod: U ovome radu prikazala se uloga knjižnice u sastavu Kliničkoga bolničkog centra Osijek u kojem se obavlja zdravstvena, znanstvena, nastavna, knjižnična i nakladnička djelatnost s posebnim naglaskom na ulogu u postupku mjerenja i vrednovanja produktivnosti znanstvene organizacije upisane u Upisnik znanstvenih organizacija MZOS RH. Materijali i metode: Uzorak su bili indeksirani radovi autora KBC Osijek upisanih u Upisnik znanstvenika, a metoda retrospektivno pretraživanje relevantnih baza podataka. Bibliometrijske analize zasnivale su se na kvantitativnim podacima o broju indeksiranih radova i citiranosti radova objavljenih 2010.-2014. zastupljenih u višedisciplinarnoj bibliografskoj bazi podataka CC, bibliografskoj i citatnoj bazi podataka WoSCC (osobito u trima najuglednijim indeksima: SCIE, SSCI i AHCI), bibliografskoj biomedicinskoj bazi podataka Medline te višedisciplinarnoj bibliografskoj i citatnoj bazi podataka Scopus. Citatna analiza provela se uporabom baze podataka WoS. Rezultati i rasprava: U siječnju 2015. godine u međunarodnim sekundarnim publikacijama CC, SCIE, SSCI bilo je indeksirano 236 radova. U Medlineu su bila zastupljena 73 rada te u Scopusu 26 (sveukupno 335 dokumenata). U WoSCC-u bila su zastupljena 72 kongresna sažetka. Najviše je bilo izvornih znanstvenih (222) radova (71,8 %). Znanstveni radovi i ostale vrste radova (309) u siječnju 2015. godine bili su citirani 475 puta. H-index bio je 9. Zaključak: Rezultati su pokazali da postoji trend rasta indeksiranih radova i citiranosti što je povezano s napredovanjem u znanstvena, znanstveno-nastavna i stručna zvanja, ali i svrednovanjem kliničkoga, znanstveno-istraživačkoga i nastavnoga rada klinika, kliničkih zavoda, referentnih centara i znanstvene organizacije KBC Osijek. Prema vrsti rada, najviše je bilo izvornih znanstvenih radova. Introduction: This paper presents the role of the library at the University Hospital Centre (UHC) Osijek, where health, scientific, teaching, librarian and publishing activities are being conducted with special accent on its role in productivity measurement and evaluation of the scientific organisation registered at Research Organisations Registry of the Republic of Croatia, Ministry of Science and Education. Materials and methods: The sample were indexed papers authored by UHC Osijek employees registered at Registry of Researchers, and the method was retrospective research conducted on relevant databases. Bibliometric analysis was based on quantitative data regarding the number of indexed and cited papers published from 2010 to 2014, represented in multidisciplinary bibliographic database CC, bibliographic and citation database WoSCC (in particular, in three most prestigious indexes: SCIE, SSCI and AHCI), bibliographic biomedical database Medline, as well as multidisciplinary bibliographic and citation database Scopus. Citation analysis was conducted using WoS database. Results and Discussion: In January 2015 there were 236 papers indexed in international secondary publications CC, SCIE and SSCI. In Medline there were 73 papers and in Scopus 26 (the total of 335 papers). In WoSCC there were 72 congress abstracts. The majority (71,8 %) of the published papers were original scientific papers (222). In January 2015, scientific and other (309) types of articles had 475 citations. H-index was 9. Conclusions: Results show that there is a growth trend related to the number of papers indexed and cited, which is connected to advancements in scientific, scientific and teaching, and teaching positions, but at the same time also to evaluation of clinical, scientific and research as well as teaching work of University Hospital departments, institutes, reference centres as well as scientific organisation of Osijek University Hospital Centre in general. |
