The calibration curve is characterized by a linear dependence of the chromatographic peak area for the ion at m / z 146 of the mass concentration of the analyte in the range of 0.1 – 10 μg/sm3. Optimal chromatographic separation of the mixture components and a sufficiently high detection sensitivity can be achieved with a temperature gradient and splitless.
