Popis:	Beams of vacuum arc electrons were investigated. It was found that the electron beam contains low-energy and high-energy parts. Hot electrons with energies of more than 40 eV at an estimated value of 2-5 eV were obtained. It was suggested that the existence of hot electrons correspond to the growth of turbulence.
