Popis: | Improving the physico-chemical properties of complex oxides is one of the main tasks of modern materials science. Anion doping is one of the promising methods of modification. In the present study, a synthesis of novel halogen-substituted compounds with a perovskite structure was performed. The effect of halogen-dopant on chemical stability was established.
