Целью данной статьи являлось изучение влияния развития ИКТ на межстранновое неравенство, страны были поделены в соответствии с мир-системной теорией Валлерстайна. Для развитых стран доступность мобильной связи и интернета оказались менее значимыми факторами, чем для развивающихся, где технологии доступны не всем, поэтому распространение ИКТ снижает уровень неравенства. The purpose of this article was to study the study of ICT development on intercountry inequality, the countries were divided in accordance with Wallerstein's world-system theory. For mobile countries, the availability of mobile communications and the Internet turned out to be less significant factors than for probability, where technology is not widespread for everyone, so the spread of ICT assesses the level of inequality. |
