The article is devoted to the issue of appraising the value of intangible assets and, in particular, the systematization of factors of the value of intellectual property objects. Despite the considerable amount of information devoted to this issue, the factors that influence the value of intellectual property objects are systematized, in our opinion, not sufficiently clearly and completely. Meanwhile, understanding the factors that affect the value of intellectual property plays a very important role not only during the formal assessment procedures but also in the solution of the strategic value of intangible assets management tasks. The article suggests a set of value factors for intellectual property objects, which takes into account their unique nature and the features of the assessment of such objects. Статья посвящена вопросу оценки стоимости нематериальных активов и, в частности, систематизации факторов ценности объектов интеллектуальной собственности. Несмотря на значительный объем информации, посвящённый этому вопросу, факторы, оказывающие влияние на стоимость объектов интеллектуальной собственности систематизированы, на наш взгляд, недостаточно наглядно и полно. Между тем, понимание факторов, влияющих на стоимость интеллектуальной собственности играет весьма значимую роль не только при проведении формальных процедур оценки, но и при решении стратегических задач управления стоимостью нематериальных активов. В статье предложен набор факторов ценности объектов интеллектуальной собственности, который учитывает их уникальный характер и особенности оценки таких объектов. |
