Popis: Presents the results of the impact on wheat term low hardening (4 °C) and high damaging temperature (45 °C). Established the formation of cross-adaptation sequential action of hypo- and hyperthermia. The observed decrease in the glucose level particularly during the adaptation hyperthermia, which to some extent offset by the intensive accumulation of proline.
