Based on the analysis of annual reports «The main results of the medical examination of certain groups of the adult population in Sverdlovsk oblast» for 2018-2021, the article considers the medical examination in the region as one of the main tools for the implementation of the Na-tional Project «Healthcare». For the first time in the scientific literature, an attempt was made to study the course of med-ical examination during the pandemic in the Sverdlovsk ob-last and the ability of the healthcare system to overcome negative restrictive consequences. The methods of compar-ative analysis, generalisation, classification were used to analyse the results of the implementation of five main direc-tions of medical examination. It is concluded that the in-volvement of narrow specialists at the second stage of med-ical examination, as well as an increase in awareness of citi-zens about the causes of development, symptoms and treatment of malignant diseases, led to the reduction of the negative impact of the pandemic, as indicated by the statis-tics on the dynamics of newly identified chronic diseases. В статье на основе анализа ежегодных отчетов «Основные итоги диспансеризации определенных групп взрослого населения Свердловской области» за 2018–2021 гг., рассмотрены результаты реализации диспансеризации в регионе как одного из основных инструментов реализации национального проекта «Здравоохранение». Впервые в научной литературе сделана попытка изучить ход диспансеризации в период пандемии в Свердловской области, способность системы здравоохранения к преодолению негативных ограничительных последствий. В процессе исследования использовались методы сравнительного анализа, обобщений, классификации, на основе которых были рассмотрены результаты реализации пяти основных направлений диспансеризации. Сделан выводы о том, что привлечение к проведению второго этапа диспансеризации узких специалистов, улучшение информированности граждан о причинах развития, симптомах и лечении злокачественных заболеваний позволили уменьшить негативное воздействие пандемии, о чем говорит статистика динамики впервые выявленных хронических заболеваний. |
