Popis:	Knowledge discovery, knowledge representation and collaboration are current tendencies in the area of knowledge management. This Master Thesis analyzes how these main topics are currently implemented in form of new IT systems in business. Especially experiences concerning these systems are described. Besides the non-IT context of knowledge management is presented. Finally future challenges are discussed.
