Conflict is an everyday fact, part of our society and can be seen at every step, the stress and the "crisis" of time in which we life. The only "problem" that arises is how we manage these conflicts, so that our life is not very affected. We can go to court to judge, hoping thus we get "justice" absolute (which, unfortunately, did not quite happen) and we exhausted nervous, amplifying the initial conflict or we can find a solution to conflict Amaia to defuse the situation without creating trauma us.
