Popis:	In article questions of formation of general-theoretical concepts and legal categories of municipal service of regulation of legal institute of municipal service are considered. It is shown that the municipal service represents special legal institute which norms regulate a certain kind of the public relations arising in the course of revenues to municipal service, its passing’s and the terminations.
