Popis:	This article discusses the evolution and importance of the Community Environmental Programs as a starting point with alarm at the Conference on Environment held in Stockholm in 1972 by stating that human activities contribute to environmental damage, with serious consequences on the population. Year 1972 is of particular importance in the environment representing the start of the six EU environmental programs, and creation of Community environmental policy.
