Popis:	A void reducing asphalt membrane (VRAM) is being used to extend the life of asphalt longitudinal joints on multiple roadways across Indiana. This presentation will discuss life-cycle cost analysis based on the results of a Transportation Research Board study; the use of VRAM under rumble strips for improved performance; and the sustainability benefits of using a VRAM. Laboratory data and field performance of Indiana projects will also be presented.
