Popis:	Use of the anticoagulant rodenticide chlorophacinone was largely developed in France during the past decade. Laboratory and field trials of this compound’s development for control of the common vole (Microtus arvalis) and the introduced muskrat (Ondatra zibethica) are described. Efficacy and risk to nontarget game species were evaluated, as are other candidate anticoagulants that were investigated.
