This article studies the incomplete contracts. This economic theory explain how to minimize costs on long terms contracts. This article confronts this theory with the classical law theory that interprets that a long contract has fixed conditions. With the incomplete contracts, companies can make the costs of transaction become smaller on long terms contracts. |
