Popis: Solar electricity is one of the most promising renewable energy. However, the energy effeciency remains a major issue for classical photovoltaic energy and/or concentrated solar power. Many technologies have been developed to solve this problem, by using micro or nano structuring. These structuring are often used as antireflection and light-trapping tools. In the mean time, other technologies are considered, such as high sensitive rotary encoder. In this case the microstructuration is printed on a 3D surface and non-ordinary substrate. This article presents a micro and nano structuring tools of TiO2 (from negative photoresist sol-gel) and his application. Sol-gel produced TiO2 diffraction gratings, made by interferometric lithography, and have photo-catalysis effect which is helpful for outdoor application (self-cleaning).
