Popis: The use of information and communication technologies (ICT) constitutes a didactic challenge in the Integrated French Practice lessons at "José Martí Pérez” University, in Sancti Spíritus, which have a communicative approach as scientific method. Even though, teachers are not able to achieve the balanced development of the communicative abilities because they cannot promote it in their students through modern strategies designed in correspondence with their needs and characteristics. This leading to the development of the present research entitled “impact of a system of communicative activities in French based on cava framework” and which has as objective to evaluate the impact of a system of integrating communicative activities based on CAVA framework (Collaboration, Autonomy, Variety, and Artifacts) to develop the language skills in the learning of French as a foreign language. For this reason, the authors carried out a preliminary diagnosis in the Foreign Languages Major of this center of studies by using methods and techniques such as survey, interview and pedagogical observation. The main results obtained were the achievement of a didactic articulation that allowed the integration of CAVA framework with the proposed system of activities as a novelty in Cuban higher education to achieve adeveloping and meaningful learning.
