This paper reports a microfluidic device that allows for trapping, treatment, and analysis of up to 192 individual giant unilamellar vesicles (GUVs) to study the translocation of fluorescently labeled cell-penetrating peptides (CPPs) across model membranes by fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS). The results indicate that the composition of the membrane influences the membrane permeability of the tested CPPs. |
