| Popis: | The model of primary defects formation under ion irradiation of crystals is described. The model is based on suggestion that defects are created as a result of Coulomb repulsion of neighbouring atoms at crystalline lattice ionized by bombarding ions. The changes of average charge of ions and the charge distribution of ions versus the depth of ion penetration to crystal are taken into account. The results of calculations are presented |
