Popis:	This report gives the procedure which must be used for the engineering design of the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) Project, and for the control of this process. It also defines the standards to be used for the CAD tools and for the resulting drawings. The contents of this report has been approved by the LHC Project Leader and is published in the form of a Project Report in order to allow an immediate implementation. It will be incorporated in the Quality Assurance Plan of the LHC Project which is under preparation.
