Popis: Currently, organizations face constant changes in the business landscape. Managing business models is essential for organizations to adapt to these changes and to remain competitive. Business model management can be defined as a process covering all phases of the business model lifecycle: ideation, design, implementation, operation, and monitoring and controlling. This study focuses on identifying methods related to the implementation and operation of the business model through their underlying business processes. For this purpose, we conduct a systematic literature review to identify the methods that structurally bridge business models and business processes. We categorize the selected approaches in a concept matrix according to their use for the implementation and operation of a business model. Finally, we conclude our paper by identifying knowledge gaps for future research and development of the topic of study.
