Popis: A simple model is presented that allows calculation of the small-angle X-ray diffraction patterns of perfect colloidal crystals. The model is based on the Wentzel–Kramers–Brillouin approximation and permits a straightforward evaluation of multibeam interactions. Results are illustrated by several examples.
