| Popis: | On 9 December 2015, the European Commission submitted a proposal for a directive for contracts for online and other distance sales of goods, and a pro-posal for a directive on digital content. This paper discusses the scope of the proposals, conformity and remedies, and matters regarding the supply of digital content and the modification or termination of long-term contracts for the supply of digital content. Special attention is given to the question whether the introduction of an additional scheme for sales contracts is workable for legal practice. |
