Popis: | Determining concentration profiles in microfluidic channels is essential in validating the performance of structures designed to control mixing of converging solvent streams. Here we report the use of line focused illumination to provide simultaneous spatially resolved Raman spectra. An sCMOS sensor is used to overcome the cross talk encountered during spectral readout with CCD sensors. We show that z-confocality presents a limit to the spatial resolution that can be achieved with this approach. |
