This study aims to describe the direct expenditure budget and indirect expenditure budget for the poverty rate in Bandung City in 2010-2020. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis, the data used is secondary data in the form of LRA obtained from the DJPK data portal of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia and the poverty rate of Bandung City in 2010-2020 obtained from BPS Bandung City. Sampling using Nonprobability Sampling with purposive sampling technique. Data processing in this study using IBM SPSS Software Version 26 using classical assumption test analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using F test, t test and R-square test. Based on the descriptive analysis, it was found that in 2010-2020, the direct and indirect expenditure budgets fluctuated with an increasing trend, while fluctuations occurred in the poverty rate with a decreasing trend. The results of this study indicate that the direct budget does not affect the poverty rate and the indirect budget has a negative effect on the poverty rate in the city of Bandung. This means that the higher the indirect budget allocated by the local government, the higher the poverty rate in the city of Bandung. |
