Popis: This study aims to determine the effect of micro teaching learning on students' readiness to carry out field experience programs. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were students of the Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program Batch 2015 and 2016 who had finished taking Micro Teaching with a sample size of 21 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire in the form of google form and distributed online, arranged on a numerical scale. Based on the test results, the t count of the significance test of the effect of micro learning on teaching readiness is 2.01967 while the t table is 0.43. It shows that tcount ttable or 2.01967 0.43, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion is that there is an effect of micro learning on teaching readiness to be accepted. This means that micro learning has an effect on teaching readiness.
