Thermal recycle from exhaust gas of small-sized combustion furnace using binary working fluid

Popis: 強制燃焼式小型焼却炉からの廃熱回収のため、煙突内を流れる排ガスと作動媒体との熱収支式を解いて熱回収蒸発器の伝熱性能予測計算を行い、設計手法を検討した.計算では、作動媒体として単一媒体R245fa、R290、R600、および混合媒体R290/R245fa、R600/R245faを用いた.交換熱量5、10、15kW、媒体の圧力2MPa、蒸発器入口温度300K、出口過熱度50K、排ガスの蒸発器入口温度800K、流速2m/sを与え、排ガス出口温度、蒸発器長さ、媒体質量流量を求めた.得られた蒸発器長さは作動媒体によらず交換熱量に依存し約8m~45mとなり、排ガス出口温度は交換熱量がほぼ同じ場合はほぼ同じ値となった.また、質量流量は、混合媒体の場合約34kg/h~166kg/hでありR290/R245faが多く、単一媒体の場合約30kg/h~170kg/hとなりR245fa、R290、R600の順に少なくなる.
This study aimed at the heat recovery from the exhaust gas of a small incinerator. The design of an evaporator for heat recovery system was carried out by a prediction calculation. In the prediction, R245fa, R290, R600, R290/R245fa and R600/R245fa were used as working fluid because of more volatile substance. The predictive calculation solved heat balance of the working fluid and exhaust gas. The calculation gave exhaust gas temperature 800K and velocity 2m/s, the fluid pressure 2MPa and temperature 300K at inlet of evaporator. The degree of superheat is 50K at evaporator exit. The amounts of waste heat from exhaust gas were given 5,10 and 15kW. The results of calculation, length of evaporator was 8m to 45m, and in the case of the same amount of heat, the exit temperature of the exhaust gas were the almost same value, without dependence on working fluid. The flow rate range of pure fluid is approximately 30-170kg/h, and mixed fluid is about 34-166kg/h.
