In this paper, we clarify the strategy of educational cooperation which supports selfsustaining development of Laos for 16 years from 1998 to 2013. In implementation of SMATT project, we propose how to improve the teacher's capability of Teacher Training College in Laos and a method of improving mathematics and science education of primary schools and lower secondary schools in Laos on their own initiative. Furthermore, installation of a society for heightening Laos teacher's capability and the method of educational cooperation in the activity are clarified. |
