Popis: | 秋田県内において新しく研究主任についた教職員を対象に,「教職員の力量形成」に関する意識調査を行っている。その結果,(1) 学校規模が大きくなるほど,「管理職の指導助言」の寄与が少ないと感じており,逆に「研修部等による校内研修」が効果的に働いていると感じている (2) 新任の研究主任は,これまでの校内研修会は十分に機能していないと感じており,有益な情報は教育関係の書籍・雑誌等から得ている傾向がある (3) 自己の力量向上のために強く望む領域は,「教材開発」,「教科の専門事項」,「生徒指導理解」である (4) 経験年数により,研修内容に関する要望が変わる (5) 新任の研究主任が求める支援として,「総合教育センターによる研修の充実」と「校長,教頭からの支援の充実」が特に強い等の特徴を見いだしている。それに基づき,a) 管理職を含めた研究主任に対する研修体制の支援,b) 校外の公的研修と共に教員の研修意欲の向上,c) 日々に語り合う職員室の雰囲気の醸造,d) 地域で連携した研修体制の構築,e) 大学教員等の参画等についての提言をしている。 The present paper reports on the results of the survey research that was conducted in 2006 to examine the view the teacher designated as research director would hold regarding the development of teachers' professional competence. The analysis of the results revealed the following findings. (1) The larger the school size, the less contribution administrative staff may make to the staff development ; on the other hand, the committee may make a greater contribution. (2) Novice directors tend to feel that staff development sessions have not been successful for deepening knowledge in the professional field ; thus, the luck of knowledge has to be compensated for by referencing to professional publications. (3) The areas where the respondents reported needing to develop include material development, subject knowledge, and understanding students, in particular. (4) The expectation of the participants changes as years go by (5) The teachers request more opportunities to attend in-service teacher training courses, such as the ones that are offered by the Educational Center of the university, and likewise they reported they need support from school principal as well as vice-principal. Based on the findings, the present paper concludes with several suggestions ; a) a great deal of support need be given to the teaching staff, particularly of an administrative position ; b) greater opportunities need to be given to the teachers to attend in-service teacher training courses, as this relates to the degree of motivation on the part of teachers ; c) it is crucial to improve a school atmosphere in a way in which teachers may feel free to exchange ideas and information with other teachers ; d) staff development needs to be done in conjunction with the community ; and e) active involvement is expected on the part of university faculty. |
