Components that identify the choice of fracture prevention behavior in cancer patients with bone metastases

| Popis: | 骨転移を有するがん患者が骨折予防行動を選択する際、その行動を特定している要素を明らかにすることを目的とし、半構成的面接により質的記述的分析を行った。分析の結果、骨折予防行動の選択を特定している要素として、【骨折予防行動のきっかけ】、【骨折予防行動の重要性の揺らぎ】、【骨折予防行動を遂行する上での困難】、【骨折予防行動を実施しようとする中で生じる苦悩】の性質の異なった4 つのカテゴリーが生成された。骨折予防行動を遂行する上での困難として習慣化している生活動作の修正の難しさが抽出された。また、骨折予防行動を実施しようとする中で生じる苦悩として自己の存在意義が揺るがされる脅威が大きく骨折予防行動を妨げていた。骨転移を有するがん患者の骨折予防行動は、繰り返し選択の局面が訪れる特徴があり、経過の中で変化していく患者を取り巻く多様な要素を理解していくことの重要性が示唆された。 The purpose of this study is to clarify the components that identify fracture prevention behavior in cancer patients with bone metastases. Qualitative and descriptive analysis was performed through semi-structured interviews. As a result of the analysis, four categories were extracted that identified the choice of fracture prevention behavior: ""motivation for fracture prevention behavior "", ""fluctuation in the importance of fracture prevention behavior"", ""difficulties in carrying out fracture prevention behavior"", and ""distress that occurs while trying to implement fracture prevention behavior"". The difficulty of modifying habitual life activities was extracted as a difficulty in carrying out fracture prevention behavior. In addition, as a distress that occurs in trying to implement fracture prevention behavior, the threat that the significance of one's existence being negated by restriction instructions greatly hindered fracture prevention behavior. Fracture prevention behavior in cancer patients with bone metastasis is characterized by repeated selection phases, and it is important to understand the various factors that change over the process. |
