Construction of School Support System in Elementary Schools: Focusing on Special Needs Education Coordinator

Popis: | 本研究では,2006年度から2008年度にかけて,柘植らが行った「特別支援教育コーディネーター全国悉皆調査」を参考に,筆者が「校内支援体制調査」を行い,その結果をもとに,小学校が抱える現状や課題を洗い出し,より良い校内支援体制を今後どのように構築すべきかについて検討を行うことを目的とした。その結果,地域の実態に応じた様々な工夫や取り組みを行っている学校が増えている反面,「校内支援体制の構築」,「教員間の共通理解」等が十分でないという課題は依然として存在している実態が明らかとなり,特別支援教育コーディネーターに関しては,多忙化が大きな課題として挙げられた。今後の展望として,管理職のリーダーシップの下,職員間の連携を軸とした「学校全体としての取り組み」,「関係機関との連携」,「地域のクラスターの活用」等が挙げられる。 The purpose of this study was to discuss how to build a better school support system of elementary schools in the future. In the study, the author clarified the current situation and issues that elementary schools are now in face, comparing the result of this with the other study conducted by Tsuge, “the Special Support education coordinator nationwide" done from 2006 to 2008. As a result, the number of schools that are engaged in various measures and approaches to meet the realities of the region is increasing. However, it became clear that schools have a difficulty to build a support system. In addition, the common understanding among teachers is not sufficient. Speaking of Special Needs Education Coordinator, being busy currency at schools has a negative influence on it to be functioned. As a future prospect, under the leadership of managements based on the cooperation among teachers, the author suggested three viewpoints; "activities as a whole school", "cooperation with the relevant organizations" and "utilization of clusters in the region." |
