Until recently people with disabled had been forced to be in his or her own home in spite of their willingness to get work. Because there had been scarcely such an opportunity left to them. If they fortunately got the job, they only could earn very low level wage under minimum wage. Their average wages are 20000 yen or less. But anyone, including social welfare workers, had not questioned whether this work condition above mentioned had been fair for people with disabled except late Masao Ogura who is famous for founder of home delivery service called Takkyubin. He had criticized that work condition. By establishing Swan Bakery, Mr. Ogura had tried to realize his assertion that even people with disabled could work as well as non-handicapped person and got wage which give them the chance to enjoy their life outside the institution.In this point remind, we take up the Swan Bakery, especially Ibaraki branch. By taking the establishment process of Ayumu" and Swan Bakery Ibaraki branch, I consider the present condition and the problem of Swan Bakery from result of questionnaire. |
