Popis: | The coronavirus pandemic has forced most university classes to changefrom face-to-face to online. The author had reported that Job-huntingSupport classes (face-to-face) improved students’ self-esteem in the previousarticle.So, do we observe the same effects in online-type classes? This papercompares online and face-to-face classes and examines changes in selfesteemand cognitive distortions as measured by both the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale and the Barnes cognitive distortion Scale.The results indicate that there are distinctive changes in the twomeasures between the two type classes. The results are also discussed interms of the relationship between self-esteem and self-development. |
