Popis:	A new theory is proposed in this paper explaining the generating of upwellings in ocean currents near the shore and in rivers. Up until now, there have been the bursting phenomenon theory and the cork-boil Eddies theory about upwellings. The proposed theory in this paper is based on the Ekman Pumping theory and is completely different from previous theories. The validity of this newly proposed theory has been proven through numerical calculations. 紀要論文
