Popis: | Flowfields in a scramjet engine inlet were numerically simulated by the Navier-Stokes equations with Baldwin-Lomax turbulence model, and effect of the strut thickness in the scramjet inlet on the flowfield was also investigated under a Mach 8 flight condition. The computations were conducted for inflow Mach number of 6.7 on a vector-parallel supercomputer, i.e., NEC SX4/25CPU. In the research, comparison between the experimental result obtained by Ramjet Engine Test Facility at NAL-Kakuda and numerical results was performed, and the numerical results were validated. The viscous solutions were compared with the inviscid solutions, and the relation between geometric contraction ratio and pressure distribution at the isolator exit was considered. 資料番号: AA0032819054 レポート番号: NAL SP-53 |
