Popis: This study aimed to identify the frequencies of ethical issues and concerns experienced by nurses in clinical practice at the university hospital. Using the 32 items of the Ethics and Human Rights in Nursing Practice developed by Sara T Fry and others, an online survey was conducted on 936 nurses working at the university hospital. 272 nurses (response rate 29.0%) from whom consent was obtained regarding the publication of the results were analyzed. The relationship between the attributes and the frequency of ethical issues and between the attributes and the frequency of concerns were evaluated by the Kruskal-Wallis test. It was shown that among the nurse positions, the head nurses had a lower frequency of ethical issues but had a higher frequency of concerns, and among the hospital departments, the intensive care units had higher frequencies of both ethical issues and concerns. Systematic efforts continue to be needed in addition to the trainings currently provided to vice-head nurses, who play core roles in clinical practice.
